if you love your brother, say, "whatever will make you happy, and not hurt you, is fine with me.". note that, though people may try to hurt him, for dressing like a woman, it's not quite the same as him killing himself, or smoking (slowly killing yourself), or, um... crack (quickly killing yourself).
