If possible take an hour break and do something that has absolute nothing to do with school or school work. Take a walk, play a game with some Friends, or go have some ice cream. Then go back to work a little more refreshed.

School stress is normal. I think every kid has his or her moments. Here are some of my best school stress reliever tips.
1. What everyone else thinks about you is not important. Just be yourself.
2. Complete each assignment one at a time, do the best you can and move on to the next. If multiple assignments are given to you, prioritize them by completing the hardiest, and most important ones first.
3. Don't skip recess periods, break times, or phys-ed class. You need to use these times to recharge your mind and body. Try to get your phys-ed class assigned as the second class after lunch time. (If you live in a hot climate try to get phys-ed as first period)
4. Proper diet is essential for good brain function. Don't skip breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day. Eating just a bowl of cereal is not good. Try a more balanced breakfast meal that includes a little from each food group. Fruits and grains at the very least.
5. Avoid caffeinated drinks.
water, deluded fruit juice, or soy milk are best.
6. Try setting a daily routine for yourself that includes 9 hours of sleep (minimum if your age is 8-18) with a balance of recreation, study, and spiritual enhancement. People need balance of the mind, body, and spirit. Neglecting one, will effect the others.
7. Don't sweat the small stuff. I think 98% of what we tend to worry about is not worth the effort.
8. Don't let any doctor or friend give you drugs.
unless you suffer from a life threatening ailment, Drugs do more harm than good. Some things like Bee pollen, Ester C, and Omega 3 fatty acids can help increase trace minerals that are essential for proper brain function. They can help you do better in concentration and focusing on hard problems.
9. Treat yourself good. No one will treat you better than you. Beating yourself up for mistakes is ok to a certain extent, everyone dose. Learning from your mistakes and moving on is better than sitting on the potty potty.
10. Take time each day to just do nothing. For at least 20 min twice a day find a quiet place where you can't hear any sound whatsoever. When if you can find such a place, just sit there and start to relax by taking ten slow deep breaths. with every ex hail, imagine the troubles of the day floating away in your breath one by one.
Next think of a special place you want to be that's peaceful, picture it in your mind, then just stay there for awhile and let your mind drift from the troubles of the day. Learning to relax and find quiet time is like recharging a battery. If the battery is being used it won't recharge very well. By learning to unplug our minds in a peaceful place, we can let the brain reset and recharge pathways that are stuck open or closed. By doing this our brain has a chance to process things we don't think about. It's like defraging a computer hard drive.
Feel free to write me if you need further help with stress. There are many other methods for relieving stress that are good too. The effectiveness of each method varies with each person. Finding what works for you is just a matter of trying them.

Break it into small tasks, prioritize those by date due, exam date, etc.
Take them one at a time.
You'll be fine, make sure you get enough sleep and eat right, that can make all the difference in the world.

take breaks, every fifteen minutes, to do a little stretching and exercise. proper lighting and yellow (less glossy than white) legal pads help. a hot shower. a massage, if you can get one. alternate studying with recreation, but don't procrastinate. make sure, you're eating properly, and enough, as well as getting enough rest and hydration. even proper posture is a preventative. simple stuff, really, but y'gotta do it (and it's easy not to).
