Of all the places I've lived, Colombia is the one where dentists have the most work, since everyone there wants perfect teeth; it's the social standard. So yes, it's perhaps not the safest place on earth, but if you're careful, you'll earn a lot of money and you'll have no problem finding a job. Not to mention the great experience--I loved living in Bogota. For starters, look up "Clinica Jucep". It's where I used to go. They're always looking for students and professionals because they always come short of staff. However, at least a rudimentary knowledge of Spanish is a must.
I think other Latin American countries (save Mexico) also have a shortage of dentists. I'd try Argentina, but I can't guarantee you'll find anything in Buenos Aires, seeing as I've never lived there.
Although I only lived there a long time ago, Japan seemed to be another great place for dentists, not because everyone wanted perfect teeth, but because they all had alignment problems (etc., I'm not a dentist). They also tend to speak good English, so no problems on the language side. But as I said, it was a long time ago, so I can't be more specific.

If you are a good dentist, WHERE WERE YOU THIS SUMMER WHEN 2 DENTISTS BUTCHERED MY ROOT CANAL? And please get your behind here in SWITZERLAND ASAP. I love the country and so will you, but the one thing they don't have here is a HALF DECENT DENTIST!!!!!!! Also, Dentists don't find it necessary to wear gloves or cover their mouths when treating patients ( mind you I told them twice I had an upper respiratory infection!!) and anesthesia, well, let's say they all failed that course in Dental School.
And did I mention Dentists in Switzerland make A LOT OF MONEY?!
As a foreigner its not easy to get a work permit here but I urge you to contact a Swiss Embassy and find out as a professional what your chances are because YOU ARE NEEDED HERE!!!

Gulf countries are really short of Dental surgeons. Contact a RELIABLE travel agent (eg ; Jerry varghese Bombay, Santhosh Travels Bombay etc..) and discuss the matter with them. But see to it that you are NOT handing over the original documents or processing fees till the final deal is done !
You can work there for two years, and from there going to Europe/UK/US is relatively easy.
This is one of the many ideas , which came to my mind..
I presume you are young and two years is not much...right ?
All the best ...or shall I say...Best of luck ...

3)u cud go 2 US and giv Natioanal board dental exam if u clear them then u can practic there
4)if u wana go 2 any gulf country.e.g.dubai u hav 2 giv ther ministri of health exam.clearin it alowz u 2 practic there.
