3 simple ways;
1. Work out-Go to gym. 60 minutes of fitness 3 times a week is good enough.
2. Balance diet-1500 calories a day is enough
3. active participation-Makes you move and participate constantly
Please dont use pills or other nonsense diet products which has strong side effects. They are horrible.

You need not to worry . Do not skip any meal ,before eating drink one glass of water , that way you will eat less .
Make a strict program : - Get up at 05.30 am , drink at least one liter of water , initially for few days it will trouble you , but after few days you will be able to drink even more water , freshen up and go for brisk walk then jogging , repeat this for three time till you finish three kilometer , lay down for few minutes and then go for light exercises , take rest and walk down to your place , have lemon tea or lemon water . After rest take shower and have light bfast , eat lots of salads before and with your lunch , always finish your dinner around 8 pm . follow these small tips and feel the difference . Also avoid fat foods , take proper strict regular three meals per day only .
