You've got a busted turn signal switch if that is happening. Luckily the Focus's steering column switches go together like a giant snap together model, as I found out when upgrading from a standard windshield wiper switch to a variable delay one.

lol...hear ya. Just watch the axles, O.K. Get that one fixed, at least. Don't worry about the squeal in the steering column turning right ...at least for a month....that's just a $90 front end support bar replacement. And the shaking at 60 mph?..forget about it and pretend you're on a great park ride.
