First of all, why she is not doing the same thing with her own husband?
Whether she is not happy with him?
Whether he is ignoring her?
If she is a cultured decent married woman, she needs nobody except her own husband to share her feelings.
Let me know the details of her background and I can give more suggestions.

Any decent cultured MARRIED WOMAN will not be interested in having a friendship with anyone other than her own husband... If at all she keeps friendship to share her feelings then somthing is wrong with her husband or she is not feeling good or she might very social which other one might mistake for something else and assume something real stupid...
