I was a nail tech. this a is good question. you can either let them grow out, which takes forever, and slowly cut away the acrylic as they grow. or you can soak your nails in PURE 100% acetone. this takes a long time, about 30 minutes to an hour depending if you do it right. the key thing when soaking is to keep them in the acetone. let them soak a good 10-15 minutes then use an orange stick (its a wooden stick with an angled edge) to push the acrylic off as it softens. it helps to have a friend do this. keep repeating until the acrylic if melted off. you will have gooey stuff left ont he nail. when most of the acrylic is off, you may need a buffer (small rectangle filing sponge) to gently buff nails smooth. NEVER just peel acrylic off, this ruins the nail. you can go to a GOOD salon, not the foreign ones, and have them do this for you.

Nail varnish remover will dissolve the glue that is used to hold the nail on. Try soaking each finger tip in a small pot of this and then it should easily come off.

Otherwise, I am sure that any of the nail salons could help out for nothing or a v small fee.

Go to the chemist and buy a bottle of pure acetone. Then get two bowls, one big and one that will fit in the other bowl. Put boiling water in the big bowl and acetone in the little bowl and put the little bowl of acetone in the boiling water and soak your fingers in the acetone. This will melt them away. That is how my nail technician takes mine off.

The water speeds up the time it takes to melt acrylic, so should take you no more than 30 mins, My nail technician does mine in 15 mins!

Soak them in Acetone for 10-20 minutes...then get something like a Orangewood stick, and push on the softened nail...don't RIP or PULL them off.

I don't think there is a way to do this. Sorry.
nail varnish remover will seriously weaken your nails.
you could go back to the salon and they will be able to do a strengthening treatment.
