Why all Slavs have ancient Macedonian names?

The Greeks were descended from mostly seafaring AKA pirate folk from along the shores of Palestine while The Region of Macedonia was settled by tribes that swept in from inland having originated in the Caucasus Mountains - - - Modern Macedonia has adopted the name of the region but the original Macedonians were quite different. Much of the population of the Balkans is a result of successive waves of Slavic People rolling from the Russian heartland and flooding into The Balkans. Pockets of the original inhabitants of The Balkans can arguably include Montenegro and Greece but in truth the modern inhabitants of Greece are equally an admixture quite different from ancient times. ANY connection between the Hetean tribe & Macedonia is conjecture.

For roughly the same reasons that Americans use English names and words. Whatever other influences may have existed in very early times, by the time of Alexander the Great, ancient Macedonians spoke Greek, and saw themselves as a part of the community of Greek nations.

I'm from a village of Macedonia which called Eani. This name exists since Alexander's ages. In my village many registers have names like Alexandros, Philippos, Olympia e.t.c. What do you mean by saying that the rest greek names differ from these of Macedonia? Most names in Greece mean something. For example Alexandros is composed by two words. In ancient greeks the first one means far and the other one means men, so Alexandros is someone who makes men run away because e.g they afraid of him.
