there is a clickable phrase, in the compose section, that says, "add file(s)". if you have the picture on your computer, click this. it brings you to an area where you can browse for the picture on your computer. add the file, and, when you're done, hit, "done", or, "finished", or whatever it says. if you don't have the picture on your computer, place the cursor over the pic you want, right click, and choose, "save picture". thereafter, follow the earlier steps.
