one of my friend has got a problem in his penis, he his not able to have a proper intercourse because his penis external urethral has not yet cut. (external urethral means the the tisuue nerve which is connected from penis head and to our inner penis) his age is 22. how to make it cut with out a surgical ? PLEASE ANSWER IF ANY BODY KNOWS.

There is a band of tissue below the glans that connects to the foreskin. It's called the frenulum. Every man has it unless they've been circumcised. Normally it doesn't interfere with intercourse. If it does your 'friend' should see his doctor.

I have never heard of this. Whatever it is needs to be surgically dealt with as a male's penis is fully functional for intercourse at puberty. There should be no problems with the urethra. The glans is the head of the penis and the urethra runs through it and allows urine or semen to pass to the outside world. I think you need to go and have yourself (sorry, your "friend") checked by the doctor.

surgery is the only option. only because i'd hate for him to get an infection and his rod falls off. but seriously see a doc.

Please see doctor explaination. I would say you mean the foreskin.
