You can't do anything. He has a girlfriend. He's off limits. If that relationship ends, only then can you make your move.

talk to him and ask him out.... that's the only way your going to know if a guy like's you if he objects it means that his loyal to his relationship if he doesn't then iunno maybe his a playa? lol that's one way to know it tho
