MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE CHAIR MANS OFFICE(HIGHEST LEVEL OF COMPLAINT TO A COMPANY) AND EXPLAIN THE SERVICE YOU ARE RECEIVING IS NOT TO THE STANDARD YOU EXPECT FROM THIS COMPANY.

I'm afraid not my friend. . . . . I worked for Bt Broadband customer services until about three months ago and believe me i know how you feel!!! I used to hate phoning through to tech help for customers as they just read off a bloody script!!! They used to have tech help based in thurso but they got rid of them and based it all in india. Best bet is to phone cust services and ask for a manager call back that way you're guaranteed a brit!!

I had a similar experience. I insisted that i a. Spoke to somebody who could speak English correctly b. knew what they were doing.

I eventually had a call back from someone in Newcastle who knew what they were doing but unfortunately I still couldn't understand but at least we sorted the problem.

try 1800923111...you willbe asked to press appropriate button depending on type of help u require. You will then be told they are busy and must wait-dont hang up.

After 4-5 minutes you will be asked to give your number and they will ring you back. hope this helps.
