CIA. they used military snipers ( a violation of their rules. whereby, they must use Mafia to assassinate inside the USA)
it was in retaliation for JFK's housecleaning of the CIA after the bay of pigs.
the CIA director he fired just happened to be the brother of the MAYOR OF DALLAS. a heavily mob-influenced town. this mayor changed the motorcade route like 3 days before the assassination. WATCH JFK.
