i say superman, as long as there's no kryptonite!
i doubt that he would let spidey fool him like that!

lol why ask that!? ok putting it simply...
Superman - Super strong, Super fast, xray vision, made of steel, and probably a million other things hes super at.
Spiderman - um.... ok his kinda super strong, agile, pretty smart, spidey sense and thats about it.
But dont forget supermans weakness for kryptonite which means I could potentially kick his ***. Other than that its supermans day.

I have to agree with the others. Superman would destroy Spiderman in a fight. I like Spidey more, but its hard to compete with someone who is packing an arsenal like Supes.

They've fought before.
Back in the Seventies (or was it the late sixties? I'm not sure).
Lex Luthor and Dr. Octopus teamed up to defeat them. They zapped Superman with Red Sun radiation, and framed him for the kidnapping of Mary Jane. For about twenty minutes, Spider-Man pummeled Superman. Then the Red Sun effect wore off, and the fight was over. Spider-Man broke both of his hands in a vain attempt to leave even a bruise on Superman. Superman also had to pull his punch (after he lost his temper) so as not to kill Spider-Man.
Then they teamed up and kicked Luthor and Octavius's asses.

I'll go with Superman.. even tho PP is smart, dont' forget Superman is an alien, he's much capable of things. And of course much smarter than regular humans. and stronger too.. the only weakness of superman is K. But too bad, Imma destroy that

Spiderman! He's my favorite. no offense, i like Superman and all but I am sure that a smarty pants like Peter Parker would use Superman's weakness to his advantage.

Easy- SUPERMAN IS NOT HUMAN, spiderman is, all superman has to do is pick him up fly him to 50,000 feet and spiderman would die do to lack of 02, thats oxygeon for all you uneducated specks

that is such a easy one, spider-man. if there was a battle royale of superheros to see who came out on top, make no mistake about it, spider-man wins every time. let say that the world had only superhero left, who do you really think it would be.
