many reasons.
1. to make a living
2. some people feel insecure without work in society . if they can't be self /govt employed , they do work for some one else.
3.to feel important. if you work for a bigger master , you feel proportionally a bigger servant. like you can be the owner of a small workshop or you could be the paid chief mech of local toyota plant?

its obvious people need to work for someone if not it will not be so that we do abetter job bt some people are bossy.You see he world is big.It is hard by your own.
