Sounds like this spammer has set you up to be used as a "Zombie". If this is true? Save what programs you can- get the disks out, and wipe the hard drive, and do a fresh install. Damn spammers have crap like that buried so deepyou'll never get it out safely.
You can try to run some anti virus programs- you might get lucky and be able to pull it out. Get Spyware Blaster, Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad Aware 6.0 from lavasoft and you MAYBE might be able to stop them. Maybe. I wouldn't bet on it, however- I wouldn't bet more than a cold beer, anyway.

I think you need to configure your webmail and marked it as spam...And yeah...block that site...
report it to proper people....???
