Have you been a big winner? A car a house or vacation? I wonder if these prizes ever really are given to someone. Do you know anyone that's won in a drawing or text messaging tv show type drawing?

I won a remote control on a snapple lid once. But I had to mail it in and pay postage.

One of my boyfriend's colleagues keeps entering all kinds of competitions and is winning most of the time - prizes vary from promotional T-shirts to vacations in foreign countries. And once he won a car (I think it was a Peugeot but I'm not sure - anyway, a Brand new car!) when he took part in some promotion organized by WC gel !?!
Some people are just lucky...
My French teacher's daughter won a week for two at Cote d'Azure in a competition organized by a popular tabloid, by sending a sms. My teacher admitted to me:
'You know, I've always thought that people who participate in such competitions are rather stupid - what do they hope for? Don't they realize that everything is fake and the winners are known beforehand? Well, now that my daughter has won, I'll have to change my mind... '

Heck no, the last time I won something was at a coloring contest at a nursing home that my grandmother entered me in when I was like 8yrs old! I got a $5 gift certificate to McDonald's, how lame!

I won a competition...I bought some energy sweeties and I entered the competition. I came third and won a space pen...it can write any way you hold it, e.g upside down!! The first prize, believe it or not, was a trip to the space station in America!! I came THIRD!! I was so happy!!
