apparently it had something to do with a stuffed bunny who smoked cigars and sat in a chair. it was a 90's show. let me know if you know anything that matches that description,

The show is "Unhappily ever After" It was a spin off on "Married With Children." Bob Goldthwait did the voice of Mr. Floppy the bunny.

It aired on WB from mid to late 90's
