Having plucked up ther courage to buy the polka dot dress, any
mature lady daring enough to assist me in attaining going out in it?

Its weird you are buying a dress cause by your name you sound like a guy anyway, i think you should wear it if it looks good on you. If it doesnt, wear long neckalaces or big sunglasses that would make your outfit look more retro-ish. haha but thats just my opinion. you dont have to follow it.

You will have to live and dress according to your age and time. If for the year of the millennium, this is not what it is according to the fashion trend, then you should have not bought it. Anyway, even if it is the fashion, not everything is suitable for everyone. There are other factors to be considered like age, occasion, personality etc.

If you bought it, you like it, and you probably saw it on you. And you probably like it on you. Why not? Even though you may not be a fashionista you could still dress up and look snazzy. You will look fabulous and people will notice.
