"yes" for most of us. of course there are the usual stuff, nothing much to worry about such as snatch thieves, illegal immigrants, drug addicts in the back alley, constant price hike of daily essential items, food, and utility bills, unemployed and jobless graduates, etc. "yes" no problem. be cool. a-ha, absolutely "no problem".

Let's face it... the world changed post 9/ 11 and it'll never be the same ever again.
This is a situation faced by most developing nations in the world today, it's not conformed to just here.
Compared to major cities such as New York, Paris, even London the crime rate here pales in comparison.
We're still relatively safe. As in any other country, stay away from dark corners, safety in numbers, etc.
After all, you can't get through life avoiding dangers all the time anyway; that's not for us to decide if we could "stretch" our longevity...

We don't feel as safe as 10 years ago, not in malaysia only but the world. But with the increasing crime rate going on, it was almost we have to bring gun out for self protect purposes in malaysia. Yes, it was scary to stay in malaysia now. And with this kind of environment, i doubt you can even relax at home. But we still love our country.!
