This is weird. Their partners are always in the next room and i always be extra nice to them so they don't suspect. The affair only consists of sex and happens in public places. My dream self seemed to enjoy it and it is with my current boss and previous boss.
Please tell me what it means as its driving me nuts?

public = people to notice.
Having sex = way to get things.
You probably subconsciously are angry at your coworkers or your boss of not giving you things you desire. So you projected a dream to have a way with you boss to get what you want. Your dream shows in a public place because you want people to know your ability. No, not sexually. But that symbolized what you can do in front of your boss, it may mean work ability. I would like to warn you that if you will continue "to dream", you might
be forced, quite soon, to change your job. Until now, you already have
(at least) two bosses. When you'll be over thirty years old, you'll not be
able to change your job, so easily. So, be very carefully.

People tend to dream about what matters most in their lives. It's natural to dream about sex - sex is one of the most important activities in giving our lives meaning.
You are probably dreaming about having sex with your bosses just because you are dreaming about your life at work a lot. If you dream a lot about your time at work (because it matters to you) and you dream about sex a lot (because this matters to you also) then obviously the two interests will overlap.

it means that you are healthy as sexual thougths means that human being is both psychically and psychologically healthy, most of people have sexual dreams, the problem would be if you would not have them
i might susspect that you got them with bosses as it might be person with who you spend most of your time at work.
