My PC has a wireless router and bluetooth device while my handphone is bluetooth enabled but not Wi-Fi enabled.

nope. But depends on the handphone, u can use it as a modem. It'll use GPRS protocal and let ur pc access to the internet but u have to pay the data rates as per ur handphone service provider.

WARNING !!! Can bankrupt u in a matter of days if u use GPRS and access to internet :)

Yes you can. Most modern phones have software to install in the computer that allow you to use the phone as a modem. You may use a bluetooth network connection, just have to make sure that your phone network accepts it (be careful with the phone charges for data)
