I think you are asking whether she should keep her legs elevated after intercourse longer so that she has a higher possibility of fertility. The answer is yes. Doctors do recomend for the woman to lie there for a while in a semi declining position to allow the sperm to stay in the vagina longer should that be an issue.
It is true that it only takes one sperm to do the job, but if you are having difficulties getting her pregnant, shoving a pillow under her butt and having her lie there for a while after intercourse might improve your chances of conception. You may even consider staying in a little longer or using a vibrator at that point.

It has been like that since forever. The possibility to conceive depends on the quality of the sperm, or the capability of the woman to conceive.

It is normal for this to happen. I know some women who are trying to conceive wil put their legs up on the wall after intercourse to minimise loss.

The semen comes out the sperms travel in side. Do not get confussed between the two.

so what if some of your spooge comes dribbling out? All it takes is one little sperm to get your girl knocked up. You could have millions of the little guys leaking out all over the place and she could still get preggers. Some of those little buggers are strong swimmers, and the direction they are heading when you spunk inside your girl during sex is definitely NOT back out the way they came in.

You don't even have to ejaculate in a woman for her to get pregnant. Those little sperm will find their way no matter what. Quit taking chances and start using a condom.

If you want to help the situtation, prop your bum up on a pillow to assist, but after that it will still come out as its got to go somewhere.
