Depends on if you are attractive or not, really. If you have "what it takes". Are you "elligible"? Do women find you attractive? If so, you have it made. You just gotta learn how to lose your shyness, which would be the thing holding you back. If women are repulsed by you, then you need some work on your face, body, or attitude. Perhaps more than one may apply.

I dunno, dude. I'm married 10 years to a nice girl and I still don't know. No, wait, ah, yea, well here's how I did it, yea, I found a girl who was interested in me; like I was just going along, working away, and this girl came to me with gusto/interest. So I said, 'how's about we go to a bar'? and she said yes. All the while, and still, today, she comes to me with gusto, so I'd say, work away, play a bit too, and smile sweetly at all the girls.

first start to talking to them and get to know them. then start flirting a little bit but dont overdue it. then if you have done that and you think its worked tell her how you feel about her and look her in the eye and be cute. hopefully it should work.(oh and a tip be a little bit funny too but not to much or she might think your crazy)
