Nothing at all. A cloud is simply condensed water vapor. If you've ever walked through fog you've essentially been walking through a cloud that has descended to the earth. enjoy the experience.

As someone said: nothing!
You are just in water vapour. Maybe you get a little wet.
If you are flying an airplane, however, you better switch to "instrument flying", that is, trust your instruments and NOT your feelings.
Within seconds flying through a cloud, we loose our orientation because our sight is disturbed (blinded if you want) and our brain receives contradictory informations that leads to desorientation.
We may feel flying perfectly horizontally, but we may be in a slow descending turn. We feel horizontal because we do not have the horizon reference through our vision, and the centripetal force of the turn acting on our bottom make us believe the "vertical" is from our head to our feet. Not true in reality!

well if you have fog you are inside a cloud. the only difference between a cloud in the sky and fog is its elevation =) but you would get a litle wet and would have a hard time seeing just as if you were in fog
