I'm a keen traveller, so any sort of opinionated travel guide is my kind of thing. I have a neat and colourful collection of Rough Guides on my bookshelf.
I am also interested in spirituality and mind power, so I have a number of books by people like Louise Hay, Diana Cooper, John Kehoe, Tony Crisp and such in my collection.
I am not really a big reader of novels, but have read several by Paulo Coelho. I like his easy writing style and the messages in his stories. I am quite interested in actually writing my own works, and have a lengthy novel already written, a play awaiting completion, and a second work of fiction gestating in my mind.

I Read voraciously, although I am currently addicted to Yahoo questions.
Favorite authors: Neil Gaiman, Terry Pratchett, Orson Scott Card
Favorite non-fiction subjects: mythology, religion
Favorite book......hmmmmmmm that's a really hard one. I think I'll pick The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, but Illusions by Richard Bach comes to mind as well as The Lorax by Dr. Seuss.
And too many readers underestimate comic books (call them graphic novels if it makes you feel better), but Sandman, Lucifer, Preacher and Books of Magic are stories that I come back to again and again and again....oh yeah and Maus by Art Spiegelman--now that's a work of art.
Okay I could go on for days. I should probably go read a book or something.

I enjoy reading. I like books with advices about life. Most of all I like Buddhistic books.
My favourite book is Lotus Sutra.
I also prefer "Buddhism for Today" by Nikkyo Niwanno.
I also read "Guide to Lotus Sutra" by Nikkyo Niwanno.
I have translated all three books for myself. I read them over and over. They are made for reading it again and again.
