Try a hypoallergenic/very mild soap made for sensitive skin. Obviously the one you are using is too harsh for you.

Get soap for sensative skin they have it with normal soap at groshresh stors and stuff.

Trying changing the brand of soap you use. i would give it about a week and if that don't work then go see your doctor.

Use a different kind of soap - try finding something that's unscented. I think Ivory is also supposed to be hypo allergenic
