If you are using Internet Explorer then under the Tools menu choose Internet Options and under the General tab enter the address of the Web site that you would like to have come up each time you start IE.
If you are using Firefox then under the Tools menu choose Options and do the same as above.

If you're sure that it's spyware, your options are to get a hold of the most recent software upgrade for your spyware program, or you can hit Ctrl Alt Delete (only once) to bring up the Task Manager, Click on the processes tab and hunt down the spyware. If you find something in there that doesn't look familiar google it (even if you have to use another computer) that will pull up all the information on the item and it will be obvious if it's spyware (you'll find a lot of article that complain about it.).

In the Internet Options. In general tab click the clear history command.
Or in the Tempoary internet files click on the show files button and clear all the files in the folder.

Had this probem several times. If you can use another persons computer over LAN load Opera to your PC.
NORMAL LANGUAGE
Get Opera on your friends computer. Put Setup on CD and put it in your cd drive. setup Opera and everything will be fine.

It's in your cookies. If you know how to get to your cookie file it's easy to delete them. Be careful though as you may need them
for other sites.
