I give blood all the time, it's really not something to be afraid of. I would call my local blood bank and explain your situation they may have a program or may be able to help you.

think of all the people that die due to a shortage of the stuff, my brother needed masses of plasma after an horrific accident, if people hadnt donated blood he wouldnt have got it, he passed on but as a result i started donating, its only a little and it dont hurt and you could save a life.....how many people can say that?
