There isn't one, cub is a general reference to both male and female offspring.

I agree with the others: cub describes both male and female, just like puppy, kitten, lamb, duckling, and chick.

English words are usually gender neutral unless they refer to people. There are some animals like "hen" and "rooster" that do have different names for each gender.
