Thanks for all the answers, I dry my ears thoroughly after showering, I do not use Qtips just the tip of my finger with a thin towel around it and I use the hopping technique when an ear gets clogged happens often after swimmimg or scuba diving. I get them syringed once a year. They still get infected.

There is something in the health food stores that might work. It is a long candle, and it removes wax, so maybe it could remove water too. Suctioning it out, or laying on the side to drain. otherwise go to the doctor and get his advise. The candle has to be lit, so you want to know what you are doing.

fill your ear with more water, untill it's filled in fully. water can be sucked out easily, because the air bubles that holds it inside your ear will be gone. also try jumping a little bit with your head down to the right side if the ear problem is on the right side.. this will help.... well the last one..i agree with Q, see a doctor, he will sucked out all with an ear device... that kindda like vacum cleaner... ohh.. yeah..maybe you can try that jumping things, with holding a vacum cleaner (low power) suck out the water from your ears .. gud lak dude ;D peace peace

Tilt your head and hop on one leg :) works for me....

Otherwise I'd suggest going to a GP to get your ears syringed.

Use ear drops after swimming or showering-- 50% white vinegar & 50% rubbing alcohol.
See doctor for exam.

If you have frequent ear infections, you need to see a doctor.
Do you still have your tonsils? They may be the problem.
