i love being me!!!! sarcastic, cynical, wayward, not exactly role model type, lazy. but definately not like that whining b#tch u featured. he is such a cryababy. i read his last question - nice answer.

On a more serious note...I agree with the statement that the guy tries to hard to impress - who gives a toss what music he likes or what he does in his spare time?
He only aims to attract a particular type of person and that is those who are all about image and are materialistic in their values. He's most probably 'emo' the new *ahem* 'trend'.
I dislike - and with a passion - people who are actually bothered about how people perceive them, what clothes they wear, what music they listen to - and especially those who feel the need to parade these things to the rest of the world as if we are desperate to know of their personal tastes.
They have issues and are clouded by the wrong idea that, 'Image = life' - It doesn't and never will.
As for the question - I don't know what I'd be classed as because it is only for others to decide what they want to sub-categorise me as.

I'm super cool Mr. chef hat superstar. Not because I try to be because I'm just me. And in being just me I am unique. And he is not a wanna be, he is finding his place. Just because he's not your opinion of what cool should be dosn't make him a wanna be, or something less than what you are. I hate jerks like you, I dealt with them all though high school.
