I'm not a man but maybe you need advice from a lady....You could try spending romantic time with her...take her out for a nice supper or cook something special for her. Tell her not to worry about the cleaning up because you will take care of it. Get some massage oil and give her a full-body massage with great atmosphere (candles, soft music). Get her totally relaxed and slowly go for it. Some women need extra lubrication as they age so have some KY jelly on hand.

Perhaps it would help to throw in some questions for your partner and find out why it's happening. You are married in the first place, therefore you should be able to discuss anything under the sun.

Opening up to each other eases the difference between the two of you, and you will soon realize that communication, and I mean, open communication, is one thing that keeps a relationship in top shape.

If neither of you is talkative, or is uncomfortable discussing things about you or her, or your married life, I suppose you need to loosen up a bit and try to find a situation or moment where both of you could freely speak up without ending up in arguments.

It really helps a lot if one party would initiate the conversation, and the other would just listen. This way, you are both trying to fine tune with each other, and determine your feelings toward respective situations that involve the two of you.

It is only through asking that you will be able find answers, otherwise, passing on a chance for a good communication might lead to uncomfortable silence between you two, which, might also aggravate the situation in the long run.

Well, the first thing to do is talk to her about it. Find out why she has lost interest in having sex with you. If you love each other you will be able to get to the root of the problem in this way and until you have had such a discussion, there can be no answer to your question. Good luck

Best thing to do is, you also give up. Life is beautiful and it is NOT ONLY about sex ALL THE TIME. There is a time and need for each thing in life. Certainly, one does NOT have to become overly obsessed with sex for ones complete life. Of course, there are exceptional people, who go about their exceptional ways.

PLEASE DON'T CHEAT ON HER. YOU DON'T WANT TO DESTROY YOUR MARRIAGE OVER SEX. I KNOW SEX IS IMPORTANT TO YOU. BUT HAVING SEX WITH SOMEONE ELSE WOULDN'T BE WORTH LOSING YOUR WIFE/MARRIAGE WOULD IT? HAVE YOU EXPRESSED TO HER HOW YOU FEEL? TELL HER YOU WANT TO TALK WITH HER AND LET HER KNOW YOU LOVE HER AND THAT YOU WANT TO MAKE LOVE TO HER. HOLD HER WHILE YOU TELL HER THAT. OH YA AND DON'T FORGET TO TELL HER HOW BEAUTIFUL SHE IS TO YOU. MAYBE SHE DOESN'T FEEL BEAUTIFUL ANYMORE NOW THAT SHE'S GOING THROUGH MENOPAUSE. SHE COULD ALSO BE DEPRESSED. SHE COULD SPEAK TO HER DR ABOUT IT. WOMEN CAN GET A PILL TOO, TO SPIKE HER SEXUAL ACTIVITY. DON'T GIVE UP ON HER AND DO SOMETHING YOU WILL REGRET LATER.
