FreelOttO.com was really free during the early years when it was launched (around 1996 or so) & when one member of Indian Parliamentary Staff hit the first 10Million JackPot -it was to be paid over a time period after statutory deductions/ taxes (as was
published in Indian Press). But now the service could be called a CreditCardlOttO,as one cannot play sans a Credit Card.Try to check up with some Federal Agency to confirm the claim's of payouts posted on their URL,as some years back they were promoting some entities that were simply fraudulent by offering/
conning with fake objects for a fee-I did lose US$32bucks + bank charges for the DD.NO COMMENTS WERE PROVIDED BY FreelOttO.com in this context when enquired about !
