Capricorn stands for the goat. This passage is saying that the person who's astrological sign is a pisces will cheat on the person who is a capricorn. In this sentence "run around on" means to cheat, or to be unfaithful.
And I never heard of a dance called running around on the goat. That sounds like a guess.

Here's a different slant.
In railroad terminology (slang) a "goat" is a yard switch engine.
"Run around" is a track or maneuver, as its name suggests.
So, "run around on the goat" can mean a switch engine going around its cars from one end to another.
How's that for obscure trivia?

we've a very good form of goats in our barn you need to preserve him ordinary and instruct him that your no longer attempting to break him.provide him a take care of or something he loves to place him in his pen.
