Logic would tell most that the lack of a belt would be to prevent him from committing suicide while in custody. The same goes with the lack of a necktie on Saddam Hussein during his war trial.

a It is amazing that someone like you would minimize such a horrid event as the Killing of this little Girl. I hope that some day you never have to have someone you love so young killed in any manner. To ask such a despicable question of insensitivity is beyond my comprehension.
