Some phones can only be unlocked with a cable. You would need to buy that or for security reasons you can only get it unlocked at the network suppliers.

most of the new nokias and all phones i think cant be unlocked, its a way to deter phones being nicked and resold
y do u want to unlock it, sounds like it was nicked and sold to you.
