if it is in the context physically, try and see if you can get up. if really cannot and no one's at home, then reach for your phone and call for help. if it is out of reach, then just shout for help and hope your neighbours heard you.

mentally, meaning you have just screwed up in something or felt that you are a failure, then you have to stop thinking that. try to think of your successes and all the people that have made you happy. go drink a hot chocolate or do something you like to comfort yourself.
