To be honest, I am a straight man and I have (wondered) what it would be like being intimate with another man but have never acted on it. So, I would say the answer to your question is yes, I believe that at least some lesbians have (ideas) about being with a guy even though they may be into women. I would say that its only human. It would only be an issue if those feelings were acted on.
