As long as you're not planning on doing anything illegal or drinking it (and maybe even if you are), you can probably just order it from a lab supply company. "Fisher Scientific" is probably the most popular.
But I don't think any legitimate company is just going to sell you 500 gallons of alcohol without some explanation of why you need it. You might try to find a smaller, independent lab supply company if you want no-questions-asked alcohol.

Try a grain elevator!
The pressure of the corn, is pressed down and it squeezes out the moisture from the corn,and it ferments into an alcohol base...
Now, whether they will let you near one, is another story :)
