No. It's the Solar Radiation of the Day that has such an Intense Negative Effect. The Stars are not Visible during the Day. Only rarely is the Moon Visible during the Day, and even then, unlike the Stars, it's really not that prominent. The Night brings forth the Light !

Maybe you are a late functioner. People have their "peak" periods during different parts of the day. And some people are night owls and stay up late and get all of their creativity then. (I am one of these people.)
Probably when you are not in school, you can set yourself to a late schedule so that way you keep all of your "work" towards the end of the day so that way you get your ideas out better. But for now, I think you're stuck to your schedule, so I say sleep well and on schedule and live a healthy lifestyle. That will peak your brain at what happens right now.

You didn't say how old you are, but during the school year this could be a problem. When you are out of school, get a job that you can work 3rd shift. You'll be the perkiest one there. If you really want to feel like that during the day, you will have to force yourself to go to bed at a normal hour, and set your alarm for morning. DON'T HIT THE SNOOZE. You force yourself to get up and live your day, repeat. It takes about 2 weeks for your body to adjust. You'll probably be miserable in the meantime.

I've been trying to overcome being a night-owl my whole life, but it's probably true that it's not possible. The only thing that seems to help is caffeine, which does lift your mood and sharpen your mind. BUT, I read not long ago that it works best if you drink a little at a time, spaced out. Drinking a lot of coffee at once has negative effects of making you nervous, then crashing.

People's body clocks are different. The world discriminates against night owls though. My best times are from 3 in the afternoon to 6 in the morning.

I doubt it, some people are just night people. I prefer the night as well and have yet to find anything to make the day become comparable...

It's kind of funny peoples natural tendency seems to be... awake at night, sleep during the day.. such as summer time... given the freedom teens seem to sleep all day, maybe we are all nocturnal creatures...

of course you could but most of the spare time is so long and boring. As you are used to the late night hours can't really change that part of that habit
