Look for a follow-up course offered by a subsidiary school that might be associated with FYBcom or whatever it teaches.
Talk to a guidance counsellor or the admissions and they can suggest a night school to bolster your grades.

Which city you are from? And which university Graduation you want?
If Usmania university is acceptable to you ( It is central/ State govt. recognized ) you can do your B.Com in one year!
All major Indian cities have coaching classes for it, alternetively you may do it by corrispondance. Write to Usmania university, Hydarabad, India.
