Appreciate your musing over the ignored aspects of life.
But isn't that what we call evolution? :-s
The adaptation of a body to its environment over a course of time by continuously modifying and re-creating itself.
That's why.

======================
Two goldfishes in an aquarium argue with fervency about something.
Then one of them suddenly sails to the other corner.
After a few minutes of thinking, the goldfish comes back and says:
- Well, let’s assume, that God does not exist.
And who then changes the water in the aquarium?
================
We too, as a goldfishes, about something passionately argue.
But why nobody will ask:
If the Vacuum, Absolute Zero (T=0K) plays so important role
in the Universe what particles can be there?
How in INFINITE VACUUM was generated the TIME, the STARS,
the HUMAN BEING, all MATERIAL WORLD ?

Cartilage and tendon are two major structural parts of the body that are not bone. The reason for this is that those areas require more flexibility that bone, and don't need to support as much weight. Plus, bone produes things for your body, and play many roles, while stuff like porous tissue usually does a single task. Some of it holds fat, some of it hold blood, and some of it is for expansion/contraction.

I'm still trying to figure out our noses. Why would He put a runny, drippy thing like that upside-down right above our mouths? If the health department found out about it, we'd have ten days to fix it or move.
