unless your shed door is very sturdy and well made the wall of the shed would be better. Its the same technique either way. The catflap instructions should tell you what size hole to cut (if you haven't got instructions all the major makes have them online if you google the brand name) then you need a drill to start the cutting, use a big drill bit for each corner. Then, use a jigsaw or hand saw and starting from the corner holes cut out the shape you need. Finally, screw it into place through the holes in the corners. If you don't have an actually cat flat simply cut a square out off the shed, add hinges to the square and re-attach it so it can swing freely back and forth.

I have no idea how to put a 'flapcat'in a shed door. But generally speaking one starts by measuring out a hole to cut for a 'catflap', if that helps any.

do you mean that you want to put a cat flap in the door, i wouldn't reccomend doing it in a shed door.

Your problem is the door. What door is it? A flap make the door collapse if you have a very simple one. Maybe a flap in the wall is a better idea.

just pin it to the door, or u could hang it on a hook, why do u wanna put a cap on a shed door anyhow?
