The women I know who have D cups are complaining about back pain and shoulder pain from supporting so much weight. A lot of those women are having their boobs made smaller! Personally, I think I'd be very happy with a 34c.

My gf has implants and I love them.
I was with her before when she was very small. Breast feeding shrunk them.
I was dead set against the implants and tried to discourage them. I thought her boobs were beautiful.
She got 350 cc and is a full C. I love them. They are now big beautiful boobs. They feel great. They are very firm, but still "soft."
At this point, most surgeons are very good about placement and size. smooth round implants under the muscle, in the crease of the breast (dont believe anyone about nipple placement) and over filled (prevents rippling - ex. 350cc in a 300 cc implant) is the way to go. Look at lots of pictures and examples on the internet.
They need to get you prescription for antibiotic for 10 day to prevent low grade infection which is thought to cause the hardening that people fear/dont like.
It will feel like you were hit by a truck for about 2 weeks. Then you will feel wonderful more and more every day. About 3 months b4 they feel like they are part of you.
I bet you just want to get them to firm up your boobs. Implants will do this for you.

34c is good! Why do you want to go bigger? A size D can give you back pains and could get in the way if you like to play sports.

a C cup is pretty big and if you're a 34, sounds like you're not out of shape - what could that D cup do for you that makes it so necessary? If you were an A cup and wanted to be a full B or small C I would get it but your titts are already big - what is your motivation?

breast agumentation is very expensive around $5000.00 my sister in law had one done last year she doesnt talk much about it her self esteem was low and thats why she got it and she still talks about the pain even after a year. think very carefully before going under the knife mentaly and physically. if you are dead set about doing this, do it for the right reasons dont do it for a guy, dont do it to look better at work, dont do it to show off, do it to inhance what you already have if its going to make you feel better. good luck to you in your quest
