he says i made one bright purple and twice its normal size because it got smashed between my knee and his pubic bone. what do i do? usually when i do it he just cries, but it turns out i really hurt him.

Just apologize an tell him you didn't mean to hurt him to that extent. That when you've done it before it never resulted in that kind of injury and you never expected it, and would have never done it if you had known it was a possibility.

Why are you consistently kneeing him in the balls! Thats awful. I really don't think he can sue you. Unless something severe happens to his testicles and he has to pay medical bills because of it. But that is not cool for you to do to him AT ALL.

gosh, whats with u and kneeing the fellow all the time ?? are you crazy or something ?? i think you need to resist the urge to keep knee guys in the balls and i guess the fact that he is suing ya should get you to think twice before you do that again

Sounds to me like your bf is a cry baby......I have been kicked so many times there I just laugh at the sucker that does it now. They usually run, I stand there and smile. Yeah it still hurts, but what is a little pain. Tell buddy boy to go ahead and sue you. Just tell him that if he does........you charge him with RAPE!
