This is a worthy question that will take effort... I think that Africa is perhaps spelled Affrica, I have always had trouble with double concidences, but then again, Eienstein had a lot of trouble...

Permits are usually only required to acquire and possess animals that are endangered, particularly dangerous to people, or could be adverse to the environment if released. To my knowlege, African Dung Beetles do not fall into any of those categories.

You can check with your local fish and wildlife office for which laws apply to your area, just to make sure.

And you were right the first time, it's spelled Africa and have no idea what are Dong Beatles ( or however its spelled)
