The Titans never lived on Olympus, because Zeus put them in Tartarus before he and the rest of the gods moved up onto the mountain. So they never had a chance to experience the place where the rest of the thirteen gods lived.
And for the god that helped humans the most? In that list, it would have to be Prometheus, because of his gift of fire to humans. Epimetheus did make animals though, which fed the humans, but they could have never cooked it properly without Prometheus' help. Poseidon is the god of the sea, and doesn't help too much with the people, though he tried to intervene in Athens, before Athena won the city with her gift of an olive tree versus his salt spring. Hera interfered greatly in the Trojan War on the side of the Greeks because of Paris slighting her and declaring Aphrodite more beautiful.
For the other gods, Zeus definitely helped humans a lot, by throwing the Titans into Tartarus, and for watching over everyone. However, with Zeus around you also had to watch your women, because he had a bad tendency to take them away in clouds, and sometimes turn them into cows.
Other than that, perhaps Eros, as he is the Greek god of love (Cupid in Roman mythology). Without love, what is there? Thus I would say Eros helped the most, and contributed most to mankind through his arrows and expert aim. He also never is pictured as flying into a jealous rage, as other gods were apt to do.

Although Prometheus stole fire for mankind...and therefore gets a LOT of votes....each of the Olympian gods and goddesses contributed something to mankind....Prometheus was one of the few Titans to directly help...but without Atlas, we would have fallen into chaos...he's the one holding up the world...
As for the Olympians.....Law, agriculture, language, music and the "arts", metallurgy, hunting, wine making, weaving, family values, astronomy, regulating the passage of the sun/moon ....just to name a few.....which helped mankind most????
A case might be made for many of the gods/goddesses...
Where did the Titans live???? They play in Tennessee,,,,
OH, not those Titans......
After Zeus overthrew them and their ally Typhon..he chained
all but a few beneath the earth....giving rise to earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, rumblings in the earth

I believe that at least of the gods you mention, Prometheus was most helpful. Sorry, I'm no expert on Greek mythology.
The Titans lived on Mount Othrys in central Greece until they wer overthrown by Zeus and the other Olympian gods and thrown into Tartarus.

I guess you're only referring to the Greco-Roman myths. However, if you go back further, to the original myths that spawned them, then we go back to Sumerian mythology. In this case it would be the god Inki. It was Inki who raised mankind from animal status, and it was he who gave Utnapishtim the info to build the ark to survive the flood when the head god Anu wanted to let all manking perish. Fascinating stuff, really.

They all helped in their own way, but Prometheus gave us fire which was considered especially valuable and he was punished for it. He was restrained to a mountain where eagles ate out his liver every day. Being immortal it always grew back and they ate it again causing great pain.
