I am 40, and I just had to sell my house in Florida and move to SC. I don't know how people do it there. It is much easier here. Electric bill is 1/2, car insurance is 1/2, gas is .50/gal less, and I bought a house for less $$$ than I was making in a year in Florida.

Please don't think it is because you are young or not married. It is the state that you live in.

individually i could like it. My domicile has on no account been empty from the 2nd i replaced into born up till this 2nd. the only factor approximately residing by utilising your self is that in case you desire one greater hand or some one to bypass exterior with, it is not as handy. The upside is your possibilities are extensive type one. no person is going to be eating your food, utilising your issues or doing nasty stuff on your toothbrush like i've got heard too many situations in the previous. additionally being on my own helps you sparkling your head and evaluate some issues over. in case you get lonely there is often a telephone, taxis, and your acquaintances. So do no longer agonize too plenty. employer IS a decision AWAY!
