...to be willing to take my mom to court for my property when, the first time I tried to move out she literally started choking me and I had to lift her off her feet and throw her onto a couch to get away, and then when I came back to get my things she hit me in the face, twisted my arm behind me, and I had to throw her on the ground to get away. And both time the cops did nothing.

Under the circumstances, it sounds reasonable to put things into the laws hands. Obviously, trying to do it yourself is not working. Your mom also needs to know that she can't abuse you that way just b/c you are her child, and take advantage of you. Work things out legally....you don't seem to have another choice, unless you want to let your mom have it all. That's your decision.

The situation is wrong because you are being hit by your mother with the cops doing nothing. File a complaint against the cops in their headquarters. Further, maybe, you should look for another person to take your mother to the court.

This is one of those good examples when identity theft can be a good thing. Have another woman borrow you mother's ID for an hour and enlist in one of the military branches. Then replace the ID, and with any luck your mom can take out her aggressions where they'e most needed and appreciated in the world, somewhere in the middle east.

That depends on your age. If you are a minor, she is still responsible for your well being until you are eighteen. I am assuming that you are minor from what you wrote. You sound like an immature punk that throws his mother around. I feel that someday you'll will regret your actions.
